THE KNIVES Come Out Tomorrow!

Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips' greatest series returns in their longest original graphic novel yet!  THE KNIVES is a CRIMINAL book, the first full-length story in five years, and it features Jacob, Tracy Lawless, and Angie.

On July 13th, Brubaker sent out an email newsletter with a lengthy preview of the new book, a brief note on the new editions of CRIMINAL -- trade paperbacks with new covers by Sean Phillips -- and news that the next project is another CRIMINAL tale, "a CHRISTMAS SPECIAL magazine, which will be available in comic shops only this December."

Brubaker also relays that the Amazon series won't be out in the early fall after all, but we wonder if the Christmas Special is timed to coincide with the debut of the TV adaptation of CRIMINAL.

We'll just have to wait and see, and we'll probably have a new episode of THE UNDERTOW PODCAST out sooner rather than later to review the new book.
